Terms & Conditions: Deposits are due at the time of booking. To guarantee your reservation request, you must provide your credit card information. Balance of the total rental and service fee is payable at or before the time of pick-up. If trip exceeds the pre-arranged time by more than 30 minutes, you will be charged the maximum fare per hour. Any deposits received will be non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before service to avoid being charged the full service fee. At the Chauffeur's discretion, the client agrees to be fully liable for any damages incurred as a result of the intentional or negligent acts of the Clients or Guests. Lawrence First Class Transportation will not be responsible for injuries that may occur as the result of Client's or Guest's intentional or negligent acts. We will strictly enforce all local, State, and Federal laws and maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages by any person not of legal drinking age. No possession, sale, or consumption of any illegal drugs is permitted. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property belonging to the Client and/or Guests. We recommend that all personal property be removed from the limousine when unattended. Lawrence First Class Transportation reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if Clients do not follow Chauffeur's requests in order to follow the rules in this contract.
